Pracna on Main, On the River Downtown Minneapolis

Housed in a historic building in the St. Anthony Main River District, Pracna on Main is the oldest restaurant on the oldest street in Minneapolis! Pracna was established in 1890 and sits along the historic cobblestone Main Street overlooking the Mississippi River.

Pracna features interesting decor, including original brick walls, arched entries, stained glass and a high ceiling. Seasonally outdoor cafe seating is available along Main Street and the Mississippi River with views of the Minneapolis skyline.

Pracna is next door to the 5-screen St. Anthony Main Movie Theater, making this cozy restaurant a great spot for dining before or after a show. A wide selection of beers are served, 20 of which are on draft, along with an American menu offering some terrific sandwiches.
